Dr Marilyn Eve Allely   B.V.Sc.
Another kiwi export, Eve (as she prefers to be addressed) came to the practice in 1999 after a stint in Mildura and subsequent yearning for green grass and hills. Well she got the hills, but the green grass is still on back-order.
In her spare time Eve enjoys cycling, walking and surprise illustrating!

Eve has a moggie of her own and hence a bias towards cats. "Willie La La" has trained her well in dealing with the intricacies of feline behaviour, both  positive and not-so-positive aspects, plus all the subtleties of their fascinating design.

Speaking of design, 2003/2004 Eve took time out to study graphics at Ballarat University. She particularly wants to pursue scientific illustration for the veterinary profession, and is currently refining these skills.

Dr Ivan Lee    B.Sc., B.V.M.S.

Ivan completed his Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery at Murdoch University, Perth in 2007. Having taken nearly a year off, he finally ended his ‘break’ in September 2008 with his first job as a veterinary practitioner here at BVP. From when the lake was half full till now when it is well and truly dry, he survived his first years out in the real world and is very happy that he did it here in Ballarat, where he found the people are much nicer, and the weather is indeed very very cold!

Dr Aaron Luttrell    B.V.Sc.

Aaron graduated from his Bachelor of Veterinary Science degree at the University of Melbourne in 1999. Since then he has been working as a small animal veterinarian at the Ballarat Veterinary Practice.  During his time at BVP Aaron has developed a special interest in avian and exotic animal medicine.  This interest stems from Aarons childhood interest in birds and other small pets, having always had aviaries of budgies, canaries, finches and cockatiels, and cages of guinea-pigs, rabbits, and the odd turtle pond.  His current menagerie consists of a large mixed aviary of budgies, finches, cockatiels and quail, a smaller aviary of canaries (which he is trying to extend but has to contend with his wife and kids need for space in the backyard), two guinea pigs (aptly named Charlie and Grasshopper by his children), a domestic shorthaired cat named Smitten and a pug dog named Allie.  Apart from his interest in animals Aaron has recently started playing touch football over the summer months and enjoys following the Brisbane Lions with his kids in the winter months.
